I find swimming (as long as the water is reasonably warm!) helps me to feel positive and re-energises me -- Other activities that help me are walking the dog, yoga, gardening, sudoku puzzles and baking cakes!! I believe FM sufferers have to experiment to find out "what works for them" and then the hardest part is trying to fit them into your daily routine -- good luck to you all in discovering "what works for you" :)

Yeah positive attitude and sharing what helps your fibro is a great help to others!

Whilst i was in spain last year my friend has a private pool and spent a fair bit of time in it, i suffered after for it but the heat is different abroad (i did not know then my problems only neck and nerve compression) so think was down to my neck that it bothered me so much i was laid up for a bit. The heat was good too , but had to keep watering myself a lot!!

walking the dog for me is a no no (too strong) 2 big white german shepherds (which not sure has contributed to my problems) so will not attempt on the lead. I may get back in to card making as i really enjoyed it, but am not as creative as i like to think my mind is hahah.

I just spend tooo much time on the internet reading up on things

xxxxxxxxxx keeep up the swimming huggles xx
