Normally I sleep lots not good sleep but lots ...

About twice a year I am awake at the crack of dawn all full of energy, I think it is because I have slept properly ...

Does anyone else do this ...

Have stayed in bed for a while going for a cuppa now

Good morning! im like that sleep 2 or 3 days then up for two.

What fun we get we need a pajama party on here lol!

Morning yep same here, I stupidly overdone it this week went into local shopping area 2 days on the run and basically half hour into 2nd day just went from one minute feeling Okish to OMG get me out of here I need my bed lol. So today is a bed day...........

well strange you should mention this i've been wondering myself. Tues night I had such a lovely restful nights sleep. i actually woke up before the alarm feeling refreshed and wide awake, a rare event. last night i woke up several times, albeit briefly, but now feel so tired and shattered. Nap on the sofa later methinks.

Hi Penny,

Sorry that you were up at the crack of dawn, you are going to suffer later I thought about you visiting the support centre this morning but it would have been too much for you today - I'm still in bed and feeling rough, my guts feel like they have been ripped out and put back any which way....

hello penny im new on this site, i sleep well and get up and can clean the house from top to bottom, another day, i wake feeling like ive been on the town alnight. x
