Enough Already

So this past month I had nothing but probs with Fibro....And my personal life...A very dear friend died and now my relationship on the rocks...How nuch more??? Cant take it anymore really

My condolences sweet, I know it gets so unbearable sometimes but we have to tackle each issue as it comes. What helps you deal with fibro? Massages, relaxing, diets...whatever it is you need to put yourself first and deal with your health because without health we are nothing. Then you can tackle your grieving and relationship.

My relationship is on the rocks as well and I feel as though the more I think about it, I let it affect me so much that it worsens my fibro and we cant do that because nothing is worth more pain that we already have. Find a way to deal or compromise in the relationship and if its more than that and your not happy with the person themselves then its time you thought about putting yourself first

Ive learned in the last year we do need to put oursleves first , without our health we cant cope with anything else. Ive detailed my marriage problems on here, they were horrendous, from having a strong marriage to having virtually nothing left , I was suicidal, with work things are better. This illness like Ive said before has a ripple affect , it affects more than us. I hope love, you can find a way to resolve all your problems but please put yourself first
