still awake i am so tired zzzzzzzzzzzz, and its like this every night i could be 5 am before i settle into sleep x

I know just how you feel it is now 03:10 and still up last night I was up till 05:00 and the longest I can sleep is 4 hour and that's not often over 20 years I have had to cope with this, just up all night on my own. So I do feel for you. Chin up and try to smile.

I went to bed at 10.30 as I was sooooo tired, could I sleep? no blooming way. What is it with us? it's like slow torture.

I'm thinking of going to the doctors to see if I can get some sleeping meds, 3-4 hours a night is doing me in. Plus the lack of sleep makes the pains worse
