in the wars again!..

Hi, everyone. : ) hope fathers day has gone well for those of us who have hubby,dads etc;

but for me I've added to the painful arthritic knees. I was only lieing on the bed resting, sort of tried to stretch my leg a wee bit and ended up with something between cramps and shooting pains from my knees. Couldn't stand, straighten, bend my knee for ages and have been left with tremendous more pain and burning and tender soles of my feet bordering on numb which is travelling from knees to feet, nothing bringing relief!

I do know my cartalidge is very thin almost torn in my knees so do wonder if I have done something to it.

Some of you may remember i tried to get a Dr's appointment last week, well I have one for the 26th june the earliest appointment to see my Dr as its no good seeing another as they usually say they will have to talk to my Dr before adding,changeing etc;

Oh poppy you poor thing hope the pain will go soon or at least ease up. I do hope your Dr will be able to help you. I remember you saying you were having difficulty getting Dr app. I cant beleave you have to wait that long for one. Hubby has had good day both boys (or rather men now but that makes me feel old) have phoned. soft hugs xx
