Good morning sunshine

Yesterday, I woke up, the sun was shining. Once I got myself up and moving around, I had the best morning I've had in ages. Today I woke up, the sun is shining. Now I'm up and moving around, and I feel much better than I do at this time most days. Is it just the power of seeing blue sky? I know definitely that the higher light levels really help me. I also know that a sunny day tends to make nearly everyone 'sunnier' in themselves.

Long may it last (the weather and my 'good spell')
