back after a good rest..

Hi everyone,

had a lovely week with my son, I even won the first game of bowling!.........

You would wonder how, my secret was to let everyone take my turn to bowl and perhaps because nobody was trying too hard won me the game : )

I did enjoy the evening just as much because the kids were so funny as they bowled and they were enjoying themselves too.

Had to take him to exeter services to meet his school carers ( son boards at special school) got caught in the tail-back!! so what would normally take an hour or so took 2 1/2 hrs bythe time we started back i couldn't feel anything from the waist down.

It took all weekend on bed rest and 25mg doses of Dosulepin and my other meds to keep me in and out of sleep, which is the only way for me to get through the level of pain i get, mind the best side to all this was hubby cooked all the meals and they were lovely mind he did forget to salt the veg but i'l let him off thatlol!

hope eveyone hasn't had things too bad.

glad you had a nice time poppy ,i got caught in a traffic jam on saturday a 30 min journey took what seemed for ever ,i could hardly walk when i eventually got home ,had to go to bed for a couple of hours to get over it ,the trouble is i always feel so guilty ,oh well cant be helped ,my hubby is so understanding which is brilliant
