Sneezing

It may sound strange but I have noticed that before I get a really bad attack I start sneezing one or two days before.

The only reason I think this is strange is that I have never been a sneezer in the past

Does anyone else get this?

No I can't say that I have noticed that phernomina !!

I hadn't linked it to a flare up but will pay attention. The point I will make is that I lived until the age of 19 in rural Scotland and a further 6 years close enough to the edges of small Scottish cities to be almost rural and didn't have hayfever nor any other allergy. All prime hay fever country. I was first diagnosed with allergies - hay fever, cat, dust, you name it...... a couple of years before I was diagnosed with CFS. I think FM/ME/CFS etc have made me more susceptible to allergies. They could well be an early symptom of a flare.

Just came across this post again and realised that I did have a very bad attack of what I took to be a cold coming on Friday and I had what I suppose was a flare over the weekend. Felt really, really rough and am just coming out of it now. Will watch out for this in future!
