I am sooo tired after my trip o London but i suppose that was expected after all it is a hectic place with so much to see and do that when i was there i tried to keep up with everyon took extra pain killers and did rest alot tbut i am paying for it now but worth itit will prob take a few weeks to get over i reckon lol
oh well self infliced so no sympathy
