Hi, that is so out of order. Some Drs need to educate them selves on fibro.

Would you be able to see a diff Dr. xx

Hi trigger, wanderingwallflower here. :)x (Thanks for the comment on my blog)

Gosh, do I know the feeling when I hear 'Its in your head'- just makes you want to scream in frustration! I was told that a lot when I first starting getting aches and pains but didn't have a diagnosis. Fibro is a cruel thing, especially when different tests show up normal and you dont look ill. Unless you've had it, people just don't get it.

Don't take it to heart whoever told you that. And know that we all understand. Feel better soon and gentle hugs. xxx

Hi Trigger,I`m afraid that remark warrants a complaint to the practice manager.

We don`t complain enough.

And also perhaps a change of doctors.

Love and hugs Butterfly54 xxxxx

why did he give you any medication then if he thinks

that its people like him that make our lifes so hard

My Mum bless her who died two years ago said not

to trust any doctors as they dont have a clue, I am

begining to think the same,

If the pain is in our heads then we should be able to

control it I have tried this and believe me it does not

worth, try telling yourself that the pain in your body

is all make up in your brain and see what happens

does the pain go away NO silly man as you can see

it makes me very cross.

Hi trigger,

that is a disgraceful comment ans should be mentioned to the practice manager and make sure you see another doc if possible. That sort of attitude towards pain should not be tolerated, and as per above comments, why is he giving you meds then. Life can be difficult at times let alone having to put up with that ignorant attitude.

Good luck if you see another doc.

hugs
