woke up in pain again top half of body seriuosly in pain. my daughter decided she wanted to ride the horse back home and cos she fell off last weekend phil decided to get the bike out and go with her. so when she turnred up thought i need to get out so i walked the four dogs back to the yard! whcih the way they went was about 2 miles as they went the senic way phil going on at me saying your not gonna make it youll be doing too much me saying im not giving into this bloody thing!

anyway managed to walk there and back with 4 knackered dogs! yes was in alot of pain when i got back and still am but was proud i managed it as used to walk that route everyday before fm came into my life!

Hi angied, you put your feet up now, you deserve it after that.

I couldnt walk far now, i used to love going for walks with my kids, down the beck and see the horses and all that.

thank you have had a bit of rest in bed this afternoon but up now to watch the chelsea game

well spent most of sunday resting cos i hurt soo much whats more upsettin g is i now know i cant walk that far again now without being in so much pain i love walking my dogs but they are getting on a bit eldest nearly 12 now so maybe they need to slow down as well
