We are off to see the Granchildren today hope my pain is not to bad over the weekend so I can play with them had a rough week so far the weather is better today so that will help , hope you all have a good weekend

Have a good time Allan, at least being with them will take your mind off you and your problems for a bit. I usually get all the gear out for the children to play with and either sit at the table with them or let them play on the floor and sit and watch them while talking to them and trying to relax at the same time. Make some memories to rememher when they are not with you. xx

I am now at Slinfold club with my Dad & son & Granchild Jake he is having his swimming lesson I have my new Fibro sweatshirt on with the yellow ribbon on for the day its Fibro action day soft hugs to all )))) have a good day the sun is shining Allan..
