Pamper day tomorrow

Just having a quick catchup tonight as I am shortly going to babysit the triplets, they will be in bed and fast asleep though (I hope!).

Going to have a reflexology treatment tomorrow, can't wait, I love it and its so relaxing. Will be on for longer tomorrow so will catch up with everyone then.

I love it Chris, its freaky how when she touches certain parts of your feet you feel discomfort and sometimes hear clicking until she works on the area. I was very sceptical when I first went to her but she is so right in what she tells me you cannot not believe it. Sometimes she combines it with Reiki which I also like and when i first went to her and was so stressed it was amazing how much better I felt after a treatment.

I havn't been for ages and I do miss it, its almost like when you need a top up your body lets you know.

Not sure how long it is now until you go on your hols but if I dont catch up with you before you go have a brilliant time. Take care Love Angela xx
