Hi after having a nightmare with benefits including DLA I called my local CAB and because I am disabled I was able to have a home visit from their benefits advisor. He was amazing and explained how they catch you out in the way questions are asked. He filled in the forms with me and advised me to speak as if everyday is my worsed day, I can't thank him enough as now I have DLA and ESA .... good uck I home this works

yes i appealled and was still turned down , it really upstet me the way they write their answeres ,at the time it felt like a personal attack on me ,i know they just write what they write to everyone but i felt so upset at the time ,cause what they said i could , i couldnt :(

after that there was no way i was going down the tribunal way ,as ive talked to people who have and it sounds absolutly awful and im just not mentally strong enough for that

I think it's three months and it's looked at completely fresh so you may get it even if you've been turned down before and appealed. There's no sense to it but that's the benefit system for you!
