I just want to say a huge THANKYOU for all the support and kindness shown to me over the past few weeks,without it i truly would have struggled to get through this particularly difficult time.I hope to be able to help others if i can. Firo is such a complex and difficult condition that is unique to each and every one of us as no 2 x days can be the same;this site has encouraged me to be more open about having this condition,we shouldn't hide away in the shadows,we are not imagining our illness it is real!
