has any one used tiger balm to help with muscel pain or burning knees

i got some from pound land for my sons knees then found the other day could help me, i used sum last nite first time, i could put the quilt over my knees, great just to let you no it stinks but it definitly helped

yes i agree i got it from poundland too you get 2x tubs dont you i have rubbed it on my back back before . i like the smell oif it and deep heat but yes it does smell love to you diddle x

i use arnica cream , for that reason,dont like the smell , works quite well x

Hi tracy, someone else has said this wotks on here before and i forgot about it, I will be getting some on the weekend when andrew can take me down thankyou.

My knees burn when i am standing for longer than i should so i will give it ago.

I did not find it any good, but I found enu oil worked a bit and

there is no smell.

My husband has RA and he has a cream that is made out of

chillies, he says its good but gets very hot nothing realy helps

me except a hot bath.
