The end is near .. I have my last lecture on Friday! I have been struggling this last semester at university, so much coursework and lectures on top of constant pain and no sleep. Only 2 more exams to go in May and I'll have my Psychology degree!

Has anyone else struggled with fibro and studying?

Hope you's have had a good day :) x

i dont know how you have done it i struggle jus reading a booon my jindle let alone a study book then to take it in and do an exam well that would be too much for me i am afraid so well done you you should be so proud of yourself when you pick up your degree in may as not only have you studied so hard to get it but also you have had to battle all the delights of fibro and i think when you stand next to the others who get their s you should feel extra proud of yourself love to you diddle x

Thank you! Yeah I get that sometimes, not all the time tho, plus the university has been really good, they got me a dictaphone so I don't need to write any notes so puts less strain on my shoulders :) .. Thanks for your encouragement, hope you've had a good day! Love C x

Well done to you charlie red :) How fantastic are you to study for a degree with your fibro.

I don't have to study, I have a lot of paperwork to do in my job and I struggle to concentrate on it but I'm sleeping very well and don't have as much pain as most on here. It's the fog that's my problem, I look at my paperwork and there is absolutely nothing in my head if you know what I mean.

Good luck with your exams in May :)

Hugs Sue xxxx

Hello Sue,

Thank you, I'm so excited about finishing!

Aw I can imagine, I'm starting my masters in September so more studying for me but hoping to get fibro under control over the summer so that it isn't as stressful when I start again!

Hope you've had a good day :) xxx

Hi Charlie, you must have found it really hard studying on top of the fibro but well done for carryiing on. I did a Uni course in 2008 and it was jolly hard work although I enjoyed it and am glad I did it. Take care, Love Angela xx

Hi Charlie, did a Management course when I was working but about 2 years later I left work on the grounds of ill health. Not sure it was worth doing it but it was good at the time and got me some more money so not complaining. Keep us informed of how you are doing, love Angela xx
