Well had a hard day ten's on most of the day but been positive and got out for a walk with the help of my lovley wife Doreen only just around the block but that was enough for me dont know were I would have been with out my Doreen this week our partners are our saviors with this demond so love them to bits would not be with out mine so time to sign of now say good night to all , soft hugs ))))) Allan .
