PLEASE JUST LET ME SLEEP !!!!!!!!

I have had about 2 hours sleep the last 3 nights which is a bit better buy not at all right

i just want a good nihjts sleep but cant if it wont happen i am in agony my back is killing me especiallty the very base oh well i am now signing off and shutting my brain down for the nght

its not nice when you get in the circle of sleep deprevation the only time when i cannot sleep for a few days I resort to as many meds as i can legaly take and i use a heated underblancket and have my earphones with some very calming music, i use the music i used to use for doing massage as it takes me back and i always found massaging someone else with aromatherapy oils as relaxing to me .

well am now goint to try to setle down my self hope you have some rest x

hi, well i can seriously say i am wide awake tonight, got to sleep for all of about an hour and here i am online downstairs wide awake ahhhhhhh! Hope you get some rest tonight x
