2nd week on amitrityln &now waking up,twiching&jumping,thinking maybe i should speak to dr?im on 10mg x

hi i jump i take 1x 20mg was on 3x 10 mg but made no difference so dropped back down to one on doctors advice but yeah i jump out my skin sometimes love to you diddle x

thxs sue,diddle&Ang01,iv jumped out of my skin since op in 2001,but last yr its got worse,this morning i jumped it went up my spine to my head!horrid.i make hubby jump lol,going to book phone call up with dr.not sure if shes back from hols.i get on well with her.let you know now jumping of here haha xxx

Hi lollypop,

I think you need it upped, hope you get some relief soon as i know it doesnt hurt but its really annoyingh isnt it.

hi jazher,it is annoying cos i do it loads&it wakes me up.dr is ringing me tomorrow so see wot she says i also nead copies of letters to have ready for esa assesment,i hope she lets me have them.resting up today been to bed got up back again now up lay on sofa!hugs xx

Hi lollipop,

I take 75mg at bedtime, never had any bad side-affects but that doesn't mean very much because everyone reacts differently. most of what us with fibro take works in the brain so you are bound to get a lot of differing symptoms and help.. You should be able to cope with side affects after a couple of weeks so if you are not then you need to see your doc or preferably a pain clinicLet us know how you get on. I do hope you find some relie.f
