Results from blood tests

Having more bad days lately. Still not sleeping just got some bood test results and I'm extremely low on vitamin D and two other results are low too but I've got to redo them tests at the end of the month but apart from that I'm fine lol x how u all doing ??

Hope the bad days go very soon and you get some good ones.

My doctor told me I was very low on Vitamin D too and told me to buy some from the Health shop. He said to get 400 mgs. I did this but only because he told me to. Maybe your doctor will prescribe some for you - or like mine, tell you to buy some. Might be a good idea to wait till you have your next lot of blood taken at the end of the month though.

Good to hear you're fine. I'm fine too, struggling with work but lucky I can still manage it.

Hi flange i am low on vitamin d and calcium. My gp prescribed them for me as i get free prescriptions due to my underactive thyroid. I was pinning all my hopes up that i would feel so much better but i think iwas expecting a miricle lol.

I you have a vit D deficiency, supplements are extremely important. But you then need to get retested to check they are making a difference. Some people struggle to absorb certain forms of vitamin D supplement.
