UPDATE: Well I had the treatment sat on the side of the couch with feet dangling and a good book on my dsi. it was ok and when i got home, did a bit of cleaning (steam hard floors) now i am in pain and feeling rubbish! serves me right really. I am now going to rest . night all. xxxxx
