today im really struggling ,, the depression is bad and the dark place is too close ,, my ex is at it ,, emotional blackmail and playing the blame game ,, i cant cope with any of it ,, im in so much pain ,,

Hes an ex for a reason. Close the door, turn off the phone. If he is such a small minded person that he needs to blame you for things then you dont need to listen to that cxxp. Get a mate round, cuppa on and ignore him. You are better than that

Agree with Julie, he can only play mind games if he can talk to you. Don't answer the phone or the door. Don't give him the time of day. I know you're tired and in pain, a very good reason as to why you can't deal with him.
