back pain

today im having pains in my back and if i toucjh it its really bad!also having pains but feel like my ligaments are being strecthed to breaking point.

but on a good note i lost 3 1/2 lbs this week so im well chuffed!

I am struggling at moment - Easter Egg or Mullier Light Yoghurt that is the question ? lol problem with me no will power.
