I get DLA, but not just because of Fibromyalgia, I have other health issues, including arthritis which makes walking etc very difficult and very painful, which with the pain of Fibro makes life difficult most of the time. To be honest I have never known anyone get DLA just for Fibro. Best to ask someone at CAB for advice.

It really depends how much help you need with care and mobility. I have osteoarthritis as well as fibro.

I get DLA, but i also have Arthritis but i would say I do get it more for my Fibromyalgia. I also get ESA but that will end on 30th April. I cannot walk without being in alot of pain and can only walk a few steps. Look at the site benefitsandwork.co.uk which you can access from this site, it is all to do with claiming DLA and ESA, I have found ti very helpful
