medication

hi sorry to ask about your tablets but i like to know if anyone takes gaverentin or pregabalin ? i not heard of it but what ive noticed is that the ani depresants i take are lasting less and less time so i need to know what else is out there so any advice or help greatfully recived xx Gental hugs

I take gabapentin and it is the best pain relief i have tried , i still take cocdamol but i really couldnt do without my gabapentin now.

It is supposed to be addictive though and i have put weight on but i would rather that than be in agony.

hi i am on co codamol and butrans pain patches 20 mg but all GP are different so i am sure with trial and error you will get some sort of relief love to you Diddle x

Hi i am on pregabalin which i take twice a day, i have only been on them since last year at the mo they are still testing which dose would be best for me at mo i'm on 150mg. one thing i have noticed is weight gain and hair loss but it does help with the blocking of pain not totally but i'm better with it than without it. short term memory's really bad though don't know if its the tabs or just another symptom of the Fibro.

i think if i gain more waight i will pop x but i am waiting to see a consultent yet again ... in the last 12 years i seen him 2s anyhow see what he saids ....
