Hi all ,have had a bad few days, my doctor changed my medication as i was getting allergic to the adhesive on them... the doctor then changed them to a new patch called Fencino.... does anyone use them?? however went to collect from chemist and they didn't have them, they were not in stock because they are new.... so i've had to go 2 day with only my other painkillers... omg i've been in so much pain had to take the rest of the week off work... thankfully i have an understanding boss
feeling a little better now but so fed up with all this, fed up of being tired all the time, of not being able to do the things i want, constantly forgetting thing and being in pain all the time despite the tablets and patches...anti depressants help a bit.... but don't want to be on them forever.....
Sorry needed to have a moan... it's not always easy to talk and explain to people who don't always understand. Sarah xx
I have just read on the questions bit that you have hyper mobility syndrome.
I have just had that diagnosis two weeks ago.It explains quite alot.
Do you know what is causing you what between your fibro and hms?
The only thing for definate is my knees are real agony and they make me walk funny, Do your knees hurt or give you problems?
Also my right hip just went a couple of years ago, i couldnt walk it was pure agony and when i look back now i proberbly knocked it out of joint and no doctors picked up anything wrong with it.
Sorry i am waffling now. How long have you been diagnosed?
I had same problem as you did an allergic reaction to the adhesive and got changed to Fencino. The reason there new is they are cheaper than the other patches so I was told by the chemist. I've been on the new patches juts 6 days and they seem ok. We will have to keep in touch so we can keep reviewing them.
