i did tai chi for a year after i took really unwell, it so helped, slept better, helped me move better, its gentle and first time i went i was embarrased, class was mainly retired people i was 36, i had to sit down at times feeling to fatigued , never once did anyone do anything but be helpful to m,e and actually once peole said on i have athritis and i have such and such, i began to appreciate people understanding partly what i was feeling , you work with chi energy, similar energy to reiki which i do, helps pain, stress and sleep, youll love it xx

Hi, I had heard that Tai Chi is supposed to be good for FM, but as havent been well enough to give it a try yet, I cant personally comment. I am really wanting to give it a go but I am waiting on my body giving me enough slack to be able to give it a try. Am interested to hear too, if anyone on here has tried it and how they found it in relation to the pains we get?

Take care of yourself, hoping to speak again, and wishing you a comfortable, restful sleep, Fi
