well never thought i would feel like this . here i am 2 nights bad sleep, ibs playing up big time hungry but worried about what to eat in case it causes pain mood is like beeing on a roller coaster. guess thats what fibromyalgia does to you. ive joined a support group its the best thing ive ever done. there great friendly and helpful.

Its awful there is no end to it if its not one part of your body its another but glad you joine support group its amazing how they can help you take care love and soft hugs diddle xxx
