does anyone get panic attacks out of the blue ,i had one last nite it was horrible i felt like i was goin to die.

only panic attack i get is when hubby has the bank card!!!!!!! joking apart, ive never had one but we all have so many different symptoms, i wish u well xx

Aww this is auful I too get Panick attacks and think im going to die..I have learnt over the years that Its not going to happen and I take deep breaths and try to control the feeling.I know its hard and feels very real to the sufferer.I hope you will be able to control them...

HIya, yes i have panic attacks, i have no idea why, they just happen out of the blue. I have learnt to recognise the signs and stand still, breath calmly and deeply. Its horrid when it happens, first time i thought i was having a heart attack. Oddly enough im always on my own when they happen.
