Pip telephone assessment cancelled

Hi I ve had a pip assessment today on the phone but the assessor had to cancelled after 10 minutes claiming I'm not fit for an interview on my own due to my mental health and said they will contact me to let me know when is my next interview and I'm suppose to have someone with me on my next interview. Is it normal or is it only me that he thought I'm not fit for an interview on my own after asking me few questions. Are they going to stop my payments ?

I had the same thing happen to me when I said I felt suicidal most of the time. I think they got a Dr to speak with me when the eventually phoned back, I still got my pip

Yeah they asked the same question about suicidal thoughts .did they call you back and how was it

This is a good response. I have recently gone through this and two of my appointments were cancelled.

They have cancelled the second one after an hour of interview by claiming they have technical issue with the network she can't load notes on the system and also i have to ask my next of keen to call them. I requested for paper review she said they will call me back
