Advice please on fibromyalgia

Hello,Do any of you have fibromyalgia with :

muscle pains especially shoulders, neck, knees, feet , freezing all time , sore jaws, fatigue, weak muscles

BUT: NO headache, NO ibs problem ?

Hi there, muscle pain is one of the main if not the main symptom of Fibromyalgia. So it would be surprising to find anyone on here who does not suffer pain in some if not all the areas you mention .

Not everyone with fibro suffer with IBS even though many do. I myself have had fibro for 40+yrs and headaches have never been one of my symptoms. But do get headaches at times due to my BP .

Ok thanks , what are your usual symptoms please ? Is it everyday ?

Hi yes, everyday some days worse than others and not always in the same place. Today it's a total all over body pain which I would call a bad fibro flare.
