Hi i was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia last year, I went to GP with pain all over my body with the worst being my feet it was very difficult to walk. I was referred to a podiatrist and given insoles to support the arch in my feet, then on my follow up appointment she thought my pain was caused by something else, she didn’t diagnose me with fibromyalgia but told me to see my GP which I did, it was then I was told it was fibromyalgia. I was given pregabalin and co-codamol the co-codamol to use as and when . The pain medication does relieve it but when I get a flare up it is excruciating and don’t know what to do with myself.
