not a cure by any means, but I received a ‘V’ shaped memory foam pillow for Xmas and it’s a game changer for the amount of sleep and pain I get overnight. I’ve actually slept well with it and woke up with reduced neck, shoulder and back pains. Worth a try if you’re struggling with normal pillows xx

I can’t sleep without mine. Been using one for a couple of years now and have much better sleep with it.

I love my V shaped bolster pillow, it helps me sleep better, relieves a lot of my leg pain , relieves pressure from my back. I can’t be in bed without it…

My best wishes to everyone and may 2025 be inspiring to all of us,

I often use a travel U- shape pillow, that helps too. Its smaller than a foam pillow, and maybe not at efficient and cheaper if you are short of money.

I have a normal u shaped pillow but I can't sleep sitting upright. How do you actually use yours?

I literally lay on the top of the ‘v’ and have the other ends under my shoulders - I’m not sure if it’s the extra support but it’s made a real difference to the neck, shoulder and back pain and I seem to be getting to sleep much easier x

I have an orthopaedic pillow that is lower at the back and has a shapped neck shape on the inside of the memory foam, great for shoulder and neck pain. I use another pillow for hips and back . Couldn't cope with v pillow as found it to restricted with needing to move every half hour due to back, neck and shoulder pain . Pillow was £50 and can't sleep on anything else now if I actually managed to sleep.

It is isn't it, I've had mine for years and can't sleep without it. I also recommend one between legs for full comfort and support😁😁

I use a normal memory foam across and a double pillow vertically. I think it does the trick AND double comfort for my long distance relationship. 🫢
