Hi all, Tomos Morgan here, I work for the BBC as a news correspondent and am currently researching stem cells (Mfat Injections) for athiritis - I have decided to post here as I am working on a story and am looking for case studies

I am looking to speak to people from the UK who have been for treatment - and if so, please do get in touch.

Many thanks, Tomos

arthritis isn’t fibromyalgia though

And fibromyalgia isn’t arthritis

Hi Scooterz - Yes totally understand that, but have also noticed that there are a number of people in your group that do have OA and it is a regular topic of discussion which is why I have posted with the approval of the FMA UK head office

Hi , TomosI have just been looking this up, sounds interesting, I haven’t had Mfat injection, only Xray guided steroid injection, for neck and spine nerve damage, but I also have OA, in quite a few of my joints now, nothing seems to work, looking forward to some of your replies.

Good luck, and thank you for trying to help.

Hi Tomas,

Good luck with your research, I was diagnosed in January with Fibromyalgia and OA plus carpel tunnel. Had the injection for carpel but for the other two given a leaflet and referred back to doctors! Any research would be a great help especially for my right hand which seems to be getting worse so good luck trying to fight through the doctor barrier

Hi sorry for late reply. As for your question I honestly think it was just a steroid injection as I’ve never heard of the one you mentioned. Sorry I cannot be of any help
