tips in what way?
I'm scared that they won't believe me. I seem to face obstacle after obstacle.
If you have enough medical evidence to back your claim up, you will be fine. Tribunals are completely independent from DWP and will look at your claim more fairly. I have not heard of anyone failing this part if they have enough medical evidence to back up your claim and statements from those who help you also. You'll have to let us all know how you get on and fingers crossed it will be a fair outcome
Did you have help preparing the original paperwork? It’s often down to the phrases used that will result in the correct decision. Have a look on-line at the many benefit sites for helpful tips or contact the benefits team on HU.
Good luck
Hi, glad you have got a date , I hope you get some helpful tips from members here x
Hi don’t stress try the Benefits and Work site, I pay approximately £20 a year. It’s got me through 2 tribunals. There is so much essential information on the site it will definitely help.
Good luck.
