Pip Review "No Change"

Hi all , has anyone actually written No change on thier pip review forms and been successful in having it extended ?

Conflicting information is saying different things.

Write No change of there has been no change .

Or

Complete the form as if it's the 1st time you applied

Any help is as usual appreciated.

Yes I have written no change since 2019 review in the 2021 review paperwork and it was extended 3yrs
