Hi All, I am in the process of moving to UC from tax credits. I get enhanced PIP, I've been unable to work for many years, and this was OK whilst on tax credits as my husband worked, but am not sure how it works with UC, does anyone knows what happens or been through the process?Any advice much appreciated, thankyou

Your pip will not be affected - however your husband's income and any savings over £6000 will be taken into account under uc.

You can give our benefits team a call for advice
