Sore knees

Hi everyone, hope your not in to much pain. Just wondering if anyone else suffers with sore knees? I over did some walking a few weeks back and ever since both my knees, are painful and feel sore, any help appreciated.xx

Hi Proncess61If your sore knees continue I would see a GP just to check. I injured my knees by getting out of a high car. Not major so kept walking but this led to a worse meniscus injury that took a long time to repair.

I wish I hadn't ignored the signs.

They can check for any conditions that might need you go adjust what you do or offer physio.

Sorry to hear you have been struggling with this I had the same and had been off two months back in 2019 doctors just advised physio I could not do it due to pain like nerve pains worried about my job I had an mri private and had two tears and was advised signs of previous old scar of tear that had healed aswell I only got out of bed and the other time was walking down a stairs my knee gave out. I still have pain every day in my legs knees and feet they just say it Fibro. Best wishes 🙏

You might have arthritis in your knees and elastic knees support helps alot plus take an anti-inflammatory nsaids is important
