Today one of our fellow members will be attending an appointment at hospital and needs some loving kindness and thoughts.

This member shared with us something we hear all the time,

IF ITS NEW OR FEELS DIFFERENT, SEEK HELP, IT MIGHT NOT BE FIBRO!!

Pinot (user name) Could really do with some HUGE hugs, Positive thinking and loving kindness not just today, And not just Pinot,

We all could do with a tonne of that
