I get the sensation that my tongue is on fire with extra hot spots sour taste and my lower lip inside burns Does anyone else have this

I would advise you to go to your GP. There is a condition called burning mouth syndrome which can be associated with fibromyalgia. It can also be associated with a number of other conditions which need to be eliminated before blaming fibromyalgia. It could also be caused by a simple infection of the mouth. See your GP.

I have burning mouth syndrome. Was diagnosed after a year. I had blood blisters in my mouth, they checked for cancer. After describing my symptoms even further the oral health in the hospital finally diagnosed me with it and gave me medication to help me. It can be linked to fybro.

If it’s bothering you go to your Doctors first and ask them to refer you to an oral health clinic.
