Hello — if anyone has had experience with this, I’d appreciate some feedback.
I have suffered with fibro, pelvic pain, bladder issues, and migraines for years now. I’m a treat! Ha!
I have a very difficult time sitting without pain. I received pudendal nerve blocks in Aug, and again 2 weeks ago — both times, my left side has not improved at all. This last round did not improve my right side either. I used to get Botox injected into my pelvic floor, but my doctor is not offering Botox any longer.
I am wondering if my nerves are shot at this point? Does anyone have advice for where to go from here? My only relief comes from lying down. Sitting, standing, and walking too much increases pain.
My doctors mostly say — well — fibro is tricky! Or, the super fun one for women— lose some weight. It’s so frustrating.
Thanks for listening.

hi there I can sympathise with you on this as I am suffering the same pain and discomfort standing in one place too long sitting on buses or chairs anywhere other than my sofa and I don’t know what to do with myself only relief from it is to lay on my side with pillow between my legs and too take ibuprofen+ codeine ( all in same tablet) that helps to take the edge of, no one knows the pain all of us suffer with fibro but just someone who understands the pain helps as you don’t feel like your moaning about nothing!! Not much help to you I know but least you know there are others who are suffering the same thing, take care and happy new year
Hi, I to get pain in my left hip and leg when I sit down, I haven't been given any help with this issue, doctor didn't take in what I told them. Physio only given exercises for my R arm and shoulder pain. To date I haven't been give a diagnosis so don't know what is available to help this which I think is nerve pain. Anyone with advice will be much appreciated.
