Hi all ,after a few years trying to find what's the best for my pain a d heath, the doctor they did a lots but nothing worked, l was in dark felt worse in the world, I'm still doing stretch is painful but I can do what's the best treatment I find is CDB oil, I'm completely different then before, all most of my pain gone ,I'm so relieved, I don't know if it works for everyone, or if anyone can use it but I just share it maybe is a solution for someone with fibro,l hope all of you can find something works in fibromyalgy pain .

I have tried the CBD oil but it didn’t do anything for me apart from leaving a horrible taste in my mouth.

Can I ask what type and what strength you are using?

It is important to find a good quality one, you begin with a low dose and slowly increase until what is called the ‘sweet spot’ , which is where there is optimum effect for you (varies, as people are different) at a certain dose - you will know it’s reached , because if you increase more there will be no change. I used to buy mine from The Herb Kingdom, good quality and they are very helpful. I don’t take now because I am on rivaroxaban and it is contraindicated.

I found the cbd oil alleviated most of my aches and pains and I felt calmer and less stressed. I used to take it for a few weeks then have a break, then as I started to feel pain again, I restarted.

It is important to check for any contraindications if you are taking other meds etc

The CBD oils on the high street are not effective for chronic pain as it does not contain the THC, any relief from it is placebo. THC is what kills the pain but it should be taken WITH the CBD oil to prevent the mind altering effect but as we all know THC is illegal.

I'm in no way endorsing the use of THC just a bit of info to stop people from paying lots of money on CBD oils that don't work for them unless they are using THC.

Which brand would you suggest please? There are so many out there. Holland and Barrett seem to have a newer more expensive one now which is liquid or capsules.

I’d rather spend money on a brand which has worked for someone else.

Hi on FB there is a page run by a chap called CBD Gold, very helpful and trustworthy, does all different strengths but for Fibro, arthritic etc I'd recommend a strong one, does a paste which is very good

You can't get these strengths on the High Street and they are perfectly legal.

Send a request to join the page and ask any questions he and his wife are brill and will answer what they can openly and honestly and take a look at the results people are having.

I got my from ,Curaleaf pharmacy, prescribed by Sapphire clinic,l should not post it but the only one working for me ,l don't know other place have it

Yes you are right, I tried CBD oil before from shopping ot work, but this one l use now is which THC ,but l have a consultation with private clinic for get it
