Hi has anyone got any news about scotlands ADP I got moved from PIP to it in March and had a review right away and this is October and heard nothing I'm hoping to get mobility as I've never been awarded it and I can't walk far or work in the kitchen I need help everyday so I'm hoping this time I get it

Have you just been transferred over or have you completed the review form to say whether there are any changes or not?

If you have completed the review form - then they are taking approx 6 months for a decision to be made. You can give them a call to ask for a progress update

Yeah I filled in thw review form in May so been waiting since then I've phoned a few times and they say it hasn't been picked up to be checked yet

there is long delays. My daughter has only just had her decision, with her forms sent back at the beginning of the year

I had my review in January & I'm still waiting. Called 3 weeks ago & it still hasn't been looked at. At this point I'm not holding my breath.

Hello, I was transferred to ADP in January and my review paperwork was sent back in March…there were no changes and I supplied all the supporting documents. I had still not heard anything last month and after calling twice was told they had everything they needed and awaiting a caseworker to look at it. I contacted my MSP who contacted them and 2weeks later i had my determination letter, Remaining on top rate for both components, to be reviewed Sept 2026

During your time waiting on your review to be completed were you still receiving payments or do they stop? I’m due my review this year and getting myself into a tissy about it x

Payments continue during review period. Any supplementary benefits such as blue badges are also extended. hope your review goes well

Hello Friend. I'm waiting for the review. I was transferred from PIP to ADP. I filled out a paper booklet and also did it online. The online version is easier and more understandable to type. I sent it back at the beginning of September. I'm waiting for decision. In the new application there is a question at the beginning: Has nothing changed? If you answer yes, then you won't have to fill out the booklet.If you answer that your health condition has deteriorated, you fill out the booklet. You describe how your disability affects your daily life. Apparently they don't do phone reviews. Everything must be documented by the specialist who takes care of you. what happens with the adp reviews? Do you keep receiving payment even if it goes over the date? It’s so worrying and confusing

Yes mine was meant to run out in October I've still been getting paid I called them and they said I would be paid until a decision is made my bus pass got extended for a year aswell hope this helps
