That's aweful for you! Have you tried contacting the CAB as they should be able to help you x

You should be entitled to emergency payments which will be a percentage of what you were getting. These payments will be taken back once you are paid. Get on to your MP ASAP! DLA/PIP are taking over 12 weeks to sort out at the moment they have such a large backlog. I take it you went to the tribunal services? If so they should have records of your case and outcome.

Hope it all goes well.

Hi Roslyn,

How were you made out to be a liar? That's awful!

How does the fibro affect you?

Gental hugs

i had my appeal for dla in april they were running behind so it was postponed they told me it wouldnt take long for a new date to go back as of yet iv had no word from them its a year since i was turned down its ridiculous the way we get treated i attended that day they didnt even ring me to tell me not to go.so sorry to hear they lost your papers they really dont care

arggggggg! Wring their necks, right? I would go the emergency route

as stated above. If that happened in America over here..you would get

an instant portion of the check..at least half until it worked itself out.

That's just plain cruel that they shut off the gas and electric..They owe

you a little bit extra for the hassle. Let us know what's happening. I've

got my fingers and toes crossed for ya. =)

If its any help... you now have to phone the local council for an emergency payment when the ESA forgot to pay me I had to phone the council who then gave me £20 in Asda vouchers to get groceries until the payment was sent so you might have to do the same as they no longer have crisis loans but I don't know in your case

So sorry to hear about the way you have been treated it is so unfair that they can get away with treating human beings in this manner especially when we are ill in the first place we never asked to have this illness I am sure that if we had a choice we would rather be healthy

Gentle Hugs to you xx
