Heat sensitivities

Does anyone else have problems with heat. I mean such as the sun being the worse obviously its like stepping into acid but also from the oven from heating from the shower from drinking anything warm or hot eating anything not from the fridge temp cold if you do then you getDarkened vision like you need to turn the light on

A certain types of spots after exposure to even drinking a warm drink

Swelling like fluid build up

Cramped up depending on what type of heat you've exposed yourself to

Dizzy

Feeling like you've got a very tight hat on but it's right at the back of your neck that causes the worse of it

Can make you so hot you go cold

Pins and needles

Confusion

Increased hearing and sense of smell

There's more but the sun is getting closer and closer to me I'm losing ability to see and think clear.

I ask because doctors are a total let down and very much don't listen especially if you've already had mental health problems from a young age they are inclined to over look what your saying. I've been like this since Feb 2022 I've lost an entire year siting in my room on my own only leaving to have occasional blood test. So they are not helping. So I'm trying to get to the bottom of things myself to do thier job for them to tell them what needs doing. But I'm not sure if I have another problem going on aswel heat wise I mean I have an underactive thyroid and alot of problems fit problems with the hypothalamus with both fall under the endocrinology department but I don't want to waste time trying to get back to the gp with thier heating on now and exposing myself to the sun on the way down and back if this isn't the case and you all have this too.

I am very close to giving up wirh everything to be honest I'm here because my cat needs me I feel like that's the only reason to stay because if things arnt going to improve but continue to get worse then just why. I'm sure you've all felt this at points. Sorry my messages are long.

I do struggle with heat and the sun i also sweat alot on my face im also fed up with overheating!!! I aslo have no answers . And i know what you mean about the Syn feeling like needles!!!!

I pray for cold and dull weather. Can’t wear coats or anything thick . I’m soo sensitive to heat If I go inside after having been outside my body cannot control the change in temperature and I start sweating from my head and face really bad. Cafes are the worst so I carry a really good hand held fan at all times. Reactolight glasses and sunglasses are another must. Have air con on in the car when I’m driving. My life is miserable because of this although I don’t suffer with depression thank goodness. FMuscles seem to be getting weaker. No energy and pains come and go but the heat thing is the worst.
