Flare up after ear infection

I've had ear infection which the doctor gave me antibiotic spray for, thankfully ear pain had gone after a few days, but left with jaw pain, headaches and extreme exhaustion, as soon as I feel a little better I feel I have the energy to do a little bit, then I'm straight down again after the slightest effort, so frustrated atm , I know I'm weary due to immune system been overworking , but after a week of total rest I'm exhausted, just want the strength for a little walk round the garden before the weather turns, wish there was an energy pill 😀

Aww Bue2, isn't always the way . One thing feels better then something else pops its unwanted head up. I do hope you start to feel better soon 🤞💐

Thankyou, I'm not normally one to feel sorry for myself as I've accepted the fibro war now but anything else crops up as well and I'm all omg really?! , but bonus, i'm getting the best cuddles off my dog atm bless him 💙

Hi Bue2Yes exhausting,one unexpected thing can feel overwhelming.

I think sometimes the change to winter doesn't help.

Glad to have this group.

Our pets make such a difference.
