I had an amazing weekend celebrating my birthday π, but am laid up in bed today, pain from head to toe, dizzy spells. It's so frustrating to be honest. Feels like I'm being punished for having a good 2 days xxxx

Busy weekend
Oh yes! If we push our luck we pay the price. I've had a rather busy and stressful 24hrs. I will be paying for that π. Well done for having a lovely birthday and belated happy birthday. Sometimes the price is worth paying! x
Thank you for replying, yes, other birthdays I've not gone out, but this year I needed it, but we can all relate to paying the price. I'm sorry you've had a stressful 24hours, if you need to chat I'm here xxx
Awww thank you that's so kind π. I find being out the home and dealing with the world very stressful and exhausting especially when it involves my own grown up children who are very needy. It has to be done occasionally but it sets me back and takes its toll. I'm home now so time to rest and recover π. I hope you're recovering from your birthday fun? x
glad you had a lovely birthday, yep it seems to be the normal, go out and enjoy yourself then pay for it later. Rest up and take it easy xx
That is ot don't give in live your life have those moments of fun they will keep you going during bad days remember better days are coming and it is worth it to put a smile on your face even if shoet lived. Happy birthday by the way mine is coming up to and hoping for a night out also it is well deserved we suffer and are stuck indoors long enough x
Glad you had a great couple of days π hope you can rest now - I hope it passes quickly for you
Hi, I have posted before I know about the massive success I had recently with 'The Epley Maneuver' for dizziness caused by crystals in the wrong place in the inner ear where the semicircular canals are. I'm no good at posting links on here but will point you to Youtubes etc to be found online which explain it wonderfully. It takes three minutes to do and there was also a guide on one of them to finding out which side the dizziness is on. You can do it at home but the first few times I got my husband to be there and he talked me through it. It is very safe and I don't need to do it now. The first time fixed it but I went on doing it for a week and am now confident to go out again. Worth a try anyway.
Hope you get over your flare soon and the pain diminishes. I've had some extra inflammation and pain in the last two weeks but have now stopped having anything sweet apart from pineapple which has bromelain in it. I think it may have been helpful.
