I was sick all day today, we had to spray for bugs yesterday. It was a huge process. I did to much cleaning yesterday, woke up feeling very toxic from the chemicals. Was in severe pain and migraine.
Finally broke down and took a detox bath. It helped a bit, not feeling toxic anymore but still sore from overdoing it.
Oh golly how rotten for you, I certainly understand on the migraine basis how toxic smells can trigger them ! Maybe a bit of pacing is the way forward for you, you realise you did too much yesterday, so have a really restful and calm day today and I'm sending lots of positive soothing vibes your way 😀

Oh why do we do it I reckon none of us learn. I have been typing with two fingers for days after overdoing it with cutting down shrubs in the garden and having a hand that came up like a balloon and was bright red. What did I do when it went down, well you guessed straight out again and started planting. I think we all need to have pacing tatooed on our foreheads.
