can’t get up

I have been with headaches since yesterday. Today I can’t get up my all body is in pain no energy pins and needles shakes etc… feel like being in the gym for the fist time.😢😭

Sorry to hear that. You sound very bad. Have you rang the doctor Or called 111 for advice? Please don't assume everything is fibro it is not. Please get medical advice xx

Sounds rotten. If can afford - try really traditional Chinese acupuncture (including five element) with proper needle techniques and reading 14 pulses. A different way of diagnostic but can rebalance, but only tried and tested for several thousand years. (You can occasionally feel rubbish the next day going through healing crisis but you come through it.)If you need to see a doctor they will also tell you. You get longer with them too and mine is good at interpreting my strange ways of saying how I feel. - There are some gifted practitioners out there which your local health food shop may know about. Get better soon and try and drink some warm water before seven am to tell your body you are taking back control.
